Virtual Conversation: How Connecticut is Moving Forward from the Pandemic Experience

Nov 09, 2021
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Without minimizing the loss of life over the last 18 months, Connecticut residents have reasons to be optimistic looking forward. We have been leaders among states in our delivery of health services, including vaccinations. We have welcomed new residents who have recognized our desirable geographic location and the unique access it affords to both major cities and abundant recreational activities.
However, challenges still remain for all of us, especially for the most vulnerable who continue to struggle with so many aspects of the COVID crisis. We desire and deserve access to top-quality jobs and essential social services, including education and training in order to compete and prosper in the years ahead.
Join us for a virtual panel discussion and Q & A with three key leaders who are working to advance our state through employment, family strengthening and education.

Our conversation will focus on current initiatives in Connecticut to make it a more desirable and equitable place to live and work.

This session is open to all at no cost.
