FCA's On The Mend (OTM) program offers temporary dependent care to help working adults (whose companies have established a contract with FCA) to meet both their work and family responsibilities. OTM allows you to go to work knowing that your dependent is well-cared-for.
In-home care is available for a minimum of four hours, from 7 am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
The service is available when your dependent is mildly ill, or your regular day care arrangements unexpectedly fail. The program is for children of all ages from three months old, for spouses, or for elderly dependents. FCA's caregivers are thoroughly screened and trained.
Many top area corporations offer On The Mend as one of their employee benefits. Like FCA's Employee Assistance Program, On the Mend is designed to assist Human Resources professionals to provide meaningful benefits to their employees and families. Participating employees must pre-register to use the service.
